    Hey all,

I recently damaged the screen of my HP ProBook 4530s laptop. I found the linked below screen on Amazon that says it fits that model, but the reviews appear to all be from happy 4540s model owners. I wanted to know if anyone could confirm for me that this would fit my model as well. If not, would anyone be able to show me a better fit?

    Thanks for your time.

It says it is specifically for your model, but fits others as well.

If it doesn't work, Amazon has a great return policy.

I recently purchased an item there and said I ordered wrong item and they gave me a return label and refunded full purchase price.

You could try removing the screen and see if the label info on yours matches the one on Amazon.

It's possible HP used more than one type of screen in that laptop though so even if they don't match the Amazon one could still be compatible.

Another thing could try, once you have identified the broken screen, is to search for the same one on Ebay.

If you are in the UK there is a company just down the road from me that supplies screens.
I've bought from them and fitted screens for people.

Here the replacement parts and numbers. Just look up the number on eBay or amazon. [IMG]
