For the past year or so, my PC has started making this buzzing noise when my CPU utilization/load goes up to the high 70s-90's. At first I thought this was GPU coil whine, but when compared to all the coil whine videos I found, the sound was very different. Today, (after installing a new PSU because I thought this might be the issue) I figured out it was the MOBO speaker making the noise.

Why would a mobo speaker/beeper make a noise at high CPU load? Please help! I am using my rig VERY carefully right now for fear of it BLOWING UP! (I jest, but seriously im concerned).

i've uploaded my system info to this post and I have a recording of the noise posted to youtube on an unlisted video.

Just needed to change cmos settings to alert for temp above 80 not 60 C... Wish I had started there instead of buying a new PSU.
