I recently purchased a new laptop, an HP Pavilion dv7-4083cl. It was everything I needed for under a grand and so far I am very satisfied with it.

One of the features I was excited about was the new 'Beats Audio' sound system that came standard with it. Unfortunately, it has given me the most problems.

Now I do not know if it is the sound card or rattling within the laptop, but every time I play video or song (or really any type of sound) at higher volume levels, the right side of my laptop buzzes, or rattles. It seems like it is only buzzing when higher notes are being played through the speaker. To sum it all up, it is extremely annoying and I can not enjoy videos or music.

It sometimes helps when I grab the right side of my laptop, which is the reason why I think there is some rattling going on and it may be a hardware issue, but it is still an issue I want to address.

I am taking all the steps I can before I have to eventually get on the phone with HP so ANY help will be greatly appreciated!

Finally, I have already reinstalled my sound card drivers and some following specs for my laptop are below:

Microprocessor Intel Core i5-450M processor 2.40GHz with Turbo Boost Technology up to 2.66 GHz Memory 4GB DDR3 System Memory (2 DIMM)

Exactly how loud? There's a limit on every speaker system when things start rattling. I think the only true solution would be to talk to HP (keep the language to a minimum, trust me :p) and see what they have.
