Buzzing noise through earphones while playing games

I keep hearing a buzzing noise through my earphones when im playing any game that is having high fps over 100 frames,,, im using a 144hz if that matters but its not noise from the pc itself?? I can only hear it through my earphones even if i have all audio muted. I’m not sure if its coil whining or not. I have no idea how to fix it
