    hi
    one friend has a problem: he run ad-aware without configured it. next time he run his computer de next messege appeared (it´s the translation from spanish, i don´t know how it´s exactly in english):

    error charging:
    c:\archiv~1\newdot~1\newdot~1.dll
    couldn´t find the specific file

    since this messege appeared he has problems with music *.ape archives; he can´t open or convert them.

    can you help him?

    Carlo we need more info what is his OS if is windows xp he can do a system restore to a day before the problem and I believe that ad-aware have restore feature that can be use in this case

    he has windows xp, but we tried to restore the system several times but the problem still appeared
