My C drive is almost full which limits what programs I can run. How do I either expand the C drive or move some of its contents?

The cold hard facts are these
    Your CPU is 2010 vintage
Your graphics are of course not a card but provided from the chipset
    http://www.findlaptopdriver.com/pegatron-2a99-specs-corporation-3282011h25/

and basically the system is NEVER going to run 10 smoothly and efficiently
I am not saying that it will NOT run 10 but it will as I said not run it well

It is impossible to advice you on the present situation as I have no way of knowing if the 28GB lettered C is an actual drive or merely a partition of a drive
as for instance the same drive as the lettered F with 786GB free space

Look in disk management and ascertain and then post which is drive 0
    drive 1 etc

If you do not know how to do that I will advise when you reply.

That appears to be a HP/Compaq brand computer.
What is its model name and model number?
What is its exact serial number and product number?
How many hard drives are installed in or connected to that computer?
    What are their capacities?
