"C: drive is full"

It's not full, but the computer thinks so. The portion used in numbers still says 20 gigs. But the little pie chart says that the hard drive is full. When I try to install programs, they say that thre is not enough memory availabel in drive C:

What do I do?

Hey dude
Since I don't like the word Dumb So I did not use the name, Have you tried doing any maintenance on the computer.
Clean out all the History, Temp files and doing a safemode
Scandisk and Defrag?
