I must start off by admitting to being rather inept when it comes to fixing comp errors.
I ran an ad-aware check and fixed many problems but am left with the following :
some objects couldn't be removed windows\system32\isp.dll

I also get the following message on start up
    rundll32.exe-Bad Image
The application or DLL C:pROGRA~1\COMMON~2\ADDRES~1\cnbabe.dll is not a valid windows image

any thoughts what to try next?
    Thanks for any help
    Nancy
