cable modem internet cable?

    is true internet cable modem is problematic ?

    the conection drops too much?

    Cable modems aren't problematic at all really. In most cases it's better than using DSL. However what is most annoying with cable is the fact you have to share bandwidth with other people in the neighborhood that have the same cable provider as yourself. I've rarely seen cable modems drop connections often . Mine has done it once or twice but nothing to worry about.

    I've been using Comcast cable for about four years, it's been quite reliable. I've had a few outages, but I live out in the sticks, and when we have storms, the wires get knocked down. I can't really blame Comcast for that... :D

    I'd really going to depend on your area, but I've found both DSL and cable to be quite reliable in my area.
