cable network unplugged

    I am being told my cable network is unplugged and this is making it very difficult to get online. Any suggestions on how I fix this? Thanks

    You probably have a damaged cable , i would replace it.

    How long have u been having this problem?

    1)Go into device manager - Control panel -> system -> Hardware -> Device manager, click the + besides Network adapters -> Right click on your network adapter and choose uninstall.

    Restart computer.
