When I first got my current PC with WinXP Home Edition, I used to get a caller ID pop-up from the task bar notification area when there was an incoming call. It gave the caller name and number just like caller ID.

Now I am not getting that info. I do get a pop-up that says "Incoming Call..would you like to answer as a fax?", but no ID info.

I once had the need to unistall the Windows Fax component, but have since reinstalled it and it works fine for faxing. It seems this caller ID feature was associated with fax, but I cannot find any reference to it in the fax application.

Anyone know how to get this back?
