I seem to have lost mail that I was sent (out of a file) which is very important.

Can this individual retrive his e-mails from my PC and delite them from me?

    Thanks

When e-mail is sent, it cannot be deleted after you receive them.

Nope. The only way the sender could is if the sender had access to your computer/e-mail account.
