sorry I don't really know how to word this ...
I built my site using FP and with Frames (content)

Google picks up all pages - however, if you click on their link, just the page is displayed, no frame (with the exception of index and/or default)

I was wondering if I should add a meta tag so that this can't happen (should I put NOINDEX or NOFOLLOW on the pages?)

a nice result would be ... all pages showing up in the search, as they do now - but with the enclosing Frame, not on their own.

Does anyone know where I went wrong here?

cheers
