You appear to have a HP 15 model laptop.
What is the exact product number(P/N) and serial number(S/N) on it?
Once it is correctly identified, we can advise you how much RAM it supports.

Your laptop has an 8th generation Intel Core i7-8550U 1.80 GHz processor which has an integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 graphic device.
How much "dedicated" and "shared" video memory is listed in yours?

Don't forget to answer my last question while I'm researching your laptop.
Give me a few minutes.

According to that serial number, you have THIS HP Notebook 15-da0073wm (4AL76UA#ABA) which was purchased in May 2018 and came with Windows 10 Home 64-bit.

According to its product specifications webpage, it came with an 8 GB module of DDR4-2400 RAM in 1 of its 2 memory slots.

It has 2 memory slots and supports a maximum of 32 GB of DDR4-2400 RAM, so you do have the option of adding a 8 GB module to its empty slot and running it with 16 GB.

It has an impressive-performing processor for a consumer level laptop, so adding another 8 GB is a good idea.

Adding another 8 GB should also increase its amount of "dedicated" video memory.

Right-click an empty space on the desktop, then click "Display Settings".

When the Display window appears, scroll down and then click "Advanced display settings".

When the Advanced Display Settings window appears, click "Display adapter properties".

When the small window appears, click the "Adapter" tab.

What does it show in MB's for "Dedicated" and "System" and "Shared" video memory?

Note: Based on what I see in your log in post #1, I'm guessing the "Total" amount of video memory is more than 4096 MB.

Your log in post #1 is showing about 3.91 GB of "usable" RAM, so I expected the total amount of video memory to be more than 4096 MB.

Right-click This PC and then click "Properties"
- or -
Open the Control Panel and then click "System".

When the System window appears, look at the "System - Installed memory(RAM)" section.

What does it show for the amount of RAM and the amount of usable RAM?

Installed memory (RAM) 4.00 gb
That explains why your log in post #1 is showing only 3.91 GB(4011 MB) of "usable" RAM.

That also explains why your laptop has 2133 MB of total video memory instead of the 4096 MB or more that I expected it to have.

Your laptop has only 4 GB of RAM instead of the 8 GB its product specifications section shows it should have come with.

You definitely need to add at least another 4 GB of RAM in your laptop.

The additional RAM should speed it up and should increase the amount of dedicated/shared video memory.

I would run that laptop with at least 8 GB(4 GB X 2) of RAM, but preferably with 16 GB(8 GB X 2) of RAM.
32 GB(16 GB X 2) is "over-kill" and a big waste of money.
Good luck.
