I recently upgraded from W98 to W2K. W98 is still on a separate partition and operational. I have some 25-30 tasks defined in the Task Scheduler. I have 2 questions:

    1) Can I somehow port those tasks from W98 to W2K?

    2) Can I somehow back up the tasks in the W2K Task Scheduler to a separate file?

You can search your drive for *.job and save all the files to a floppy. Then find the folder scheduled tasks are saved to (C:\windows\tasks on W98) and copy them over.
Not sure if tasks from 98 work on Win2k but you can try it.
