can I combine10 MBS Hub with bnc and utp

    can I combine10 MBS Hub with bnc and utp.
    client has a bnc peer to peer .
    Has had adsl installed they left a five port cat5 utp hub at the end of ther cable can I use a 8 port cat5 hub with 1 bnc connector.Bnc to the network cat five hub to hub.
    to combine.

    The "hub" at the end of the DSL line is probably a router, make sure you leave it in place and add to it - don't replace it with your hub.
    You shouldn't have any problem as long as:
    1. Make sure they're using Ethernet, not Token or something else unusual.
    2. Use a crossover between hubs (unless there's an "uplink" port on one of them)
    3. BNC to the hub should be at least 3' and properly terminated
