upgrading from win2k to xp pro ? I resolved my ghost 9 problem by reinstalling my win2k image and upgrading again to xp.. Are these files/folders on the c drive necessary or can they be deleted ?

    Thanks, Bruce

Try booting into Safe Mode and delete them. The boot menu is displayed by depressing F8 after the PC hardware is listed.

Files are like spider webs running thru a computer, delete the wrong one and it won't boot. I would strongly advise you to leave them alone. Try reading some of this forums horror stories about deletions, etc.
