Hi I recently bought a MSI GE Series GE62 Apache-276 gaming laptop that came with 64 bit Windows 10 home already installed. I have used it for about a month and have decided that I don't like this version. Would it affect anything if I were to buy a copy of Windows 7 64 bit home premium and install it on this laptop? Would everything still work fine (audio, keyboard, ext.)?

To add to what Wayne said.
You want to make sure that Windows 7 64-bit drivers exist for all of the primary devices in that laptop before you make the "downgrade" from Windows 10 64-bit.

You may also have a hard time finding a legitimate "Retail" or "OEM System Builder" copy of Windows 7 64-bit.
And if you do, it likely won't be cheap.
