Can I play 4k streams with my pc?

    Hey I have a pc with a 2048mb ati amd radeon HD 6450 hooked up to my lcd 4k ready TV with a hdmi cable. Am I able to steam/ play 4k videos with this card? I'm confused as I have the option too but in my amd vision control canter, I can reach a maximum of 1080p or 1080i. For your reference I also have an amd fx 3.2 ghz 6 core cpu and 8gb ddr3 @ 803 mhz. Thanks in advance for any responses I get. X
