Registering Samsung product for my wife and using my computer but Samsung indicates her login password is incorrect. I re-set password for her and then go to her computer to retrieve the email and the password reset link. I reset the password but use the same password that she previously had recorded and then logged into Samsung on her computer (Windows 10) and registered her product.
I then go back to my computer and attempt to login and her username and password are not recognized. Go back to her computer and successfully login. Return to my computer and try again with no success.
Quadruple checked user name and password each time but cannot login on my computer. Why am I able to login on her computer and cannot on mine? Very strange!
