So, earlier in 2016 I had decided to start an entirely new PC build since the PC I currently use is a Pre-built outdated HP pc. Once I had started the build (http://pcpartpicker.com/list/9FQmPs) I began to purchase some parts but money is tight, and I need gas money, etc... I currently have the Case, Motherboard, and powersupply. Although I was wondering if I could replace the GPU I have in the part list with the upcoming GTX 1070. I've done some research on the wattage requirements but I am still not sure if my power supply is capable on supporting the 1070..any help would be greatly appreciated.

From what I have found online the specifications of the PSU look pretty decent, also the recommended power for the card is 500w. Although this doesn't always mean any PSU with this wattage would do. With 40amps on the 12v rail I think you will be OK. Remember the system will only use what it needs so the PSU wont be at its max 100% of the time.
