    Hi there

I have seem to have a problem with my Microsoft Hotmail E-Mail account. About a month ago I tried to log into my E-Mail like normal. But I got a screen from Microsoft's unblock your account saying: It looks like someone else may be using your account. The page said I needed to press next if I wanted to get back into my account so which I did. Then Microsoft want to send me a code to another email address which I no longer active to try and get back my account. As I couldn't do this I pressed the I can't access any of these options button. Which takes me to a page about entering a different E-Mail which I did but it then went onto the security questions. I sent it off to Microsoft to analyse. They came back saying they can not give me back my account as all the information isn't right or there isn't enough information provided or something like. So I left it for a bit I then came back to it a few days a go and tried it again a few times with no luck. What can I do? I need to get back into my E-Mail again. I would grateful if someone could help me sort this problem

You have to fight it out with Microsoft. No one can help you if your account has been stolen.
