I just recently had this happen to me too. I did a find files for the install.log and found it had been moved to a new folder - I opened it first to be sure it was the right log file. then I moved it back to where the uninstaller was looking for it and re ran the uninstall. maybe this will work for you?

The best thing to do would be to install the program once again.

This should restore the install.log file, enabling you to uninstall the program in Software add/remove.

    Good luck,
