When you try to print from one of those browsers what are the choices of devices? Do they all fail? How does each fail?

What device is your default printer?

Verify your HP printer is set as default printer under devices/printers to see if there is a green circle with a check mark in it on the HP printer. Next steps would be to uninstall Chrome and reinstall it and do the same for your HP printer.

Why are you sending these print jobs to your Neat program?
One should be able to just select the HP printer and the send the print job there.

Do you get an error message if not what happens?
Anything in the print queue under devices and select the printer and then what is printing?

Are you checking the printer status on the machine that the printer is attached to?
