Can not restart, turn off..... my computer

    I am recieving the following error and it is proventing me from loging off, switching users, turninging off the computer or even restarting it from the user interface,

    Paser Messege

    value creation failed at line 438


    The messege appears after I power down my computer manually.

    Are you using any non-default Themes? This error type is most commonly associated with problems using style sheets.

    Either switch to a Windows default, or see if following the directions here are of any help.

    Themes are chosen by right clicking on the Desktop, selecting Properties, then the Themes tab.
