Here is a strange problem and it really doesn't bother me until I need to change directory sharing or something.

I am running Windows 2000 SP2. If I right click a drive or directory and choose properties, nothing happens. It used to work just fine and I am not sure what exactly happened. I was wondering if anybody has any ideas. I was thinking that the properties dialog box is an API call from a .dll but what .dll is the question. Any help would be great.

    Thanks
