Have you tried using a different browser?

No but I removed the printer and downloaded again. Printer test page was ok. I don't understand why I can print from everything except internet. I was going to download firefox but I never used that before.

Typically, if any app can print, it's not a printer/printer driver/printer software issue. But that is a good place to start.

I will also add that this isn't an "internet" issue. IE (Internet Explorer) which is what I assume you are using to access the internet, is just an application like Word or your email application. There are numerous configuration options/settings within IE as well as addons, plugins, or even your antivirus which can affect how it functions. I don't know of anything specific within IE which would cause the problem. I just wanted to confirm it was only IE which was having the problem.
