i downloasded a document but only i can see in pdf?

You could also try the free Foxit pdf reader;http://www.foxitsoftware.com/pdf/rd_intro.php

I was having some problems with Adobe Acrobat, but Foxit works well for the limited uses I have for pdf documents.
