Can someone analyse these screen prints and identify my problem, please?

    I've been having my UK based ADSL service, should be somewhere between 2mb and 8mb , go down frequently or slow down to dial up speeds and don't know whether it's an ISP issue or a router issue.

    Can someone check these screen dumps and translate them.

    I'm with talktalk (once bitten...) and knowing how good their customer service is wanted to make sure I was eliminating "my end" before I arrange one of their engineers to call out which they will potentially charge me for.
