Start > Run > eventvwr.msc > Copy and paste some of the recent errors with "Event ID" 1000 and 1003"

    Also...

    Navigate to c:\windows\minidump
Zip some of the recent minidumps and attach them here

Everytime that I'm on the internet, or playing the Sims 2 game, my computer will only stay on for a certain amount of time. Then it turns off. It turns back on again by itself, saying that it's sorry, but INternet Explorer has encountered a problem and has to close. C:\Docume~1/Owner/Locals~1\Temp\WER3a2C.diroo\iexplore.exe.mdmp
    C:\Docume~1\Owner\Locals~1\Temp\WER3a2C.diroo\appcompat.txt.

I can't figure out how to Uninstall "Read Reg MFC Application". I don't see anything in the "add or remove programs" section that even remotely sounds like it. Can someone tell me how to remove it? Thanks, Teresa
