I just went through this not too long ago, but am having some problems again. When I run Norton One Button Check up, it has to run Norton Disk Doctor to fix problems, and it keeps running and running and running. It's leading me to believe I have a problem. I ran the hijack this log. Can someone please look at it and see if there are any problems. I have already run spybot s & d and right now will also run adaware. Thank you.

    Here is my log:

    Hello mbuell! :D

Run HijackThis and fix the following entries:

    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://my.iwon.com/index.jsp?PG=home&SEC=bnav

    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,SearchAssistant = about:blank

    O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {CD67F990-D8E9-11d2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE} - (no file)

    Download CWShredder from here:
    http://cwshredder.net/bin/CWSInstall.exe

Install and run CWShredder. Click on "Check for Update" and download the latest updates. Next, click on "Fix". Exit out of CWShredder.

Open Internet Explorer and at the top click on "Tools" and choose "Internet Options". Click on the "Advanced" tab and untick "Enable third-party browser extensions". Click on "Apply" then "OK".

Restart your computer and post a fresh HijackThis log back on this thread.

Okay, here is my latest log. It was really strange, when I got back on the internet after restarting, my home page was about:blank. Don't know what that is.
Thanks for your help. I sincerely mean that.
