I have two computers at home, one computer connected wireless to other computer for the DSL service. Can the primary COMPUTER that has the DSL connection view what the wireless connected computer is surfing?

In other words, say i am at the primary computer and i wondering what my kids are doing on the other computer. Can i somehow view where they are surfing from a program in the primary computer?
