    Hi,

I believe I have some sort of malware/virus loaded on my computer. Here are the symptoms I have observed so far:

--Whenever clicking on Google search results, I'm redirected to random and irrelevant websites (e.g. app.validclick.com & clicks.smartbizsearch.com). Moreover, when trying to access antivirus software companies' websites I cannot get through (e.g. McAfee, Norton, Trend Micro, Panda, etc.).

--At times on startup Zone Alarm does not start up.
    ______________________________________________________________

--I get the following error message window pop up at start up:

"Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Here are the details when I select the "click here" link to find out more about the error:

Attached is a HJT log for you to review.

Appreciate any help to fix these problems and get rid of the malware/virus.
