I have a Gateway running win ME. It was working fine I shut down Sunday, Monday I tried to boot up and got continuous error messages (SCANDSKW caused an exception 03H in module USER 32.DLL @ 016f:bff4249e) was the first. I tried to start in safe mode and got the same thing. I tried to use a startup disk but neither my cd nor floppy drives work. Please help........

I checked that before I posted my question. It does not help because I cannot access my cd or floppy drives. Thank you for the suggestion.
