    Hi All,
I am having trouble booting from the XP disk - I intend to format.
I insert the disk into the drive, press F11 and select to boot from CD Drive.
    The screen then says:
"Press any key to boot from CD. . . ."
I press any key (many times!) and it just proceeds to load windows...very irritating.
    I am using a USB M$ keyboard

    Thanks in advanced:
    Me10

Your BIOS either doesnt support USB keyboard or it isnt enabled, in which case, use a ps/2 keyboard

Unless there is a switch in BIOS that allows USB before windows is loaded, but PS/2 is faster anyways. Same for mice use PS/2 also.
