I have no idea what this means, i was just told it might help in solving the problem... My goal is to be able to connect to blizzard or battle.net to activate a WoW account by putting in a serial number... thanks. What do i do?

If you are trying form school or a public network almost certainly it is blocked. I see DNS is working as it resolves blizzard.com to an IP address. It dies at 30 as it is only tracing over a max of 30 routing hops, this seems to me that someone has blocked this site. The tracert is not that useful some times as some ISP's and companies do not reply to any ICMP (ping/tracert). In other words it looks bad but really he packets are reaching the destination and just being dropped.

If you are trying from home to connect what is the error that appears in the browser when trying to connect.
