I cannot seem to connect to certain websites. I am traveling with my laptop with wireless capabilities. The problem seemed to start when I connected to a linksys (which is what I have at home, so it automatically connected) connection at a friends house. I got an error message later on that said something like "there is an IP conflict on this network."

I didn't notice it until I tried to connect the next time and couldn't get to most of the sites I normally do. What happens is that my browser tries to connect to the site, then it says
connecting to site 192.168.0.1 for each site it cannot access with and error message of "domain name cannot be found."

I have tried pinging (what little I know) the sites from the command prompt and was able to pull up yahoo, but not much else. I also checked my HOSTS file and there is nothing in there.

I have no clue!! I have searched everywhere for an answer to this... please help.

Thank you
