I logon to a web site, and that site has five links to click on. I can connect to four of the five links. The one link I cannot connect to has the error message "the page cannot be displayed" each time I try to connect. I have been trying to connect to this web page since last Wednesday, and the early morning hours are when they update their files, so I have tried at different hours on different days, and to no avail. I contacted an AOL tech support representative, and a computer repairman, and these things are what I was told to do. AOL twice told me to delete the AOL adapter, which I did, because the error message says I need at least 128 bit to connect to this web page, they told me to download Internet Explorer 5.5 SP1, then they told me to purge the cache, check to see if Internet Explorer needed to be repaired, delete the cookies, and the error message also says to see if the computer's LAN settings are the same as those in my area, so I did that. The computer repairman told me to update the Java script, so I updated to 4.0. Tonight (Sun.) the AOL tech support rep told me that the System Administrator might have put restrictions on me so that I cannot connect to this web page, but I had never tried to connect to the page before this past Wed., Dec. 6., so I am to contact the System Administrator to get the restrictions taken off. But as far as I know, I have no restrictions on me. Aside from taking my computer into the shop, do you have any suggestions? The web site I go to is www.ohiobwc.com, and the link I cannot connect to is the create e-account link. Help me please!!!!!!
