Cannot Create Server in UT

I tried to creater a server in unrela tourn. 2004 demo, and for the ping all i get is ???, and other people cannot join. ive been told i have to change my router configurations, but i dont know what to change. i have a linksys wireless g cable gateway. i posted in the networking forum and they said it might be better to post here
