I had Nokia PC Suite installed and no longer need it.
I used the Add/Remove Programs for the components but two strange things are left behind.

Firstly, although it appears to be no longer installed two Nokia entries remain in the Add/Remove Programs list but have no longer got a 'remove' option.

Secondly, a 'Nokia PC Suite' folder remains on C drive and I cannot delete it or open it even in Safe Mode.

How do I get rid of these?

Thanks, that cleared out a few things but the above problems still persist!!

I was actually wrong insomuch that the folder I cannot delete is actually called 'Nokia Phone Browser' and is in My Computer not on the C drive.

right click the folder, choose properties, uncheck the read only button and retry to delete it.

Are the "nokia entry" items still in the add/remove programs list? What exactly are they called?

If I right click it only gives me the following options:
    Open
    Explore
    Create Shortcut

Yes the entries are still there in the Add/Remove programs list and they are:
    Nokia Connectivity Cable Driver
    Nokia PC Suite
