Why is it I cannot do updates ? When I try to update ad-aware SE personal built 1.06r1

Or spybot -search and destroy :eek:I cannot update? I'm having problems with zone-alarm too.

I thought there may be some malware so ran spybot but only found Avenue A,Inc and Double click .I ran Ad-aware SE and did a online scan at housecall.trendmicro.com and only found BKDR_AGNT.DTZ and TROJ_AGENT.DOA and remove it.

I look at my highject this long and for the most part looks okay but there is some I do not know.My sound has not been working for 2 or 3 days now and I hook up new speakers but the old one does not work.It seem to happen the same time I cannot do updates.

Again for the most part I don't see too much different in my HijackThis long.If this not malware but a internet problem what should I do?

Note I ran Ad-aware SE but only found tracking cookies like Ad.yiedmanager , msnportal
    revsc ,doubleclick ,atdmt,ad.yieldmanger.....

Could there be some malware and that is why I cannot update or a problem with zone-alarm not allowing me to update?

Also MSN and MSN groups are not working they are slow.Other parts of the web are fast and there no pop up adds.

I'd start by disabling all the firewalls and see if that changes the symptoms.

    To the both of you...

What are the error messages? Word for word if you are able to copy them down please. Knowledge of the exact error will help others to resolve your issue faster.

As far as other parts of your connection goes, can you send/receive email? Can you download other files regularly? Can you stream audio/video? Can you ping www.yahoo.com successfully from your command prompt?
