When I try to download a file, program or application I receive the message that "Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded". I have not made any changes in my security settings. I have had no trouble downloading in the past. Can someone please tell me what my current problem might be? dajudge

Sounds like you need to lower your browser settings, at least for the download. Assuming you have IE, click Tools, Internet Options, Security tab. If you have a slider type button, lower the slider from current setting to the next lower setting. Click on Apply and try the download.

Hopefully that'll do it. I would recommend returning your setting to where it was once you download.
