cannot download my service pack???

this is what it says when i try to do an update

For windows xp the only sp you need is sp3. The rest arent supported anymore.

That's exactly why I asked which service pack he's using. If he's using service pack 2 or older, he needs to manually download and install service packs from microsoft website. I'm not sure if that can be done directly by windows update. :)
