    Hello!
I was hoping I could get some help for my daughter's computer, which is my old work computer.

    Win 2000
    Pent III, 790 MHz
    128 MB Ram
    (yes it's old, but she's 9, and she likes it :p )

When she tries to dial up, she receives the Error 619: specified port is not connected. It will dial, verify username and password, register user, and then it disconnects with the above referenced error.

It was working fine last night. The only thing she did, that I am aware of, is to remove the cable from her comp, and attach it to the phone so she could call her friend. This morning she plugged it back into the comp, and has not been able to connect since. We tried it in both line ports in the back of the machine, to be sure, but I know it is in the correct one, because it's the one it has always used. Any assistance would be GREAT, and as always, I appreciate any advice!
    Thanks in advance-
    Vixen
