cannot get this site ( thetechforum.co.uk) i get 403 error

    Everybody is getting the same 403 error. It must be a misconfiguration on their site

    It looks like their domain name expired on 10 July 2018 and hasn't yet been renewed. It looks like the host has suspended the hosting because of this ( it is possible they haven't paid hosting bills either)
