Cannot Get to HTML Files

I'm maintaining the www.reddawnpill.com. The site was just redesigned by someone else. I want to be able to edit the HTML files, but I can't. The html files in the address show that they are in the cgi-bin/store directory. For example the index file is at http://www.reddawnpill.com/cgi-bin/store/index2.html. When I FTP, I can't find any html files. Can anybody help me out? Thanks!
