“The Group Policy Client service failed the logon. Access denied.” Is what keeps coming up. Cannot login as ADM because it's not set up that way

In what way is your computer NOT setup to enable you to log-in on an Admin account
Whilst a user may not wish to normally log-in on an account with Admin rights, it is unusual on a personally owned computer NOT to have that ability

Can you access Safe Mode with Command Prompt? If you can and once your there at the prompt type Net user administrator /active:yes "Note The Spacing" and hit enter. To disable the account type Net user administrator /active:no and hit enter. Restart the system and you should have access the the Admin account. That's if there isn't a password set on it and in that case you would need to know what that is. If you do get in here some options you may want to try. Fix: The Group Policy Client Service Failed the Logon
