Norton detected a virus in an incoming e-mail attachment.
I quarantined the file and then deleted it in Norton. I never opened the attachment. Ever since then, I cannot open Outlook Express at all.
    THings I have tried:
    1) rebooting
    2) disabling Norton
    3) Opening the outlook express file in Windows explorer and opening it from there.

When I click to open outlook express I get a brief hourglass and then the regular cursor and nothing on the screen.

I have windows 98, plenty of memroy and a 600mhz chip.

    I would appreciate any help.
