Coupons.com files were somehow downloaded by another user on my pc. I think they attempted to remove the program through the "control panel>uninstall a program" instead of just going directly to the program file and uninstalling directly from the file folder which has an uninstall wizard. I think because they did it that way, it didn't get rid of the program file completely. Tried removing through the control panel as well as going directly to the program file and I get this error EVERY time: "Invalid uninstall control file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Coupons\Uninstall\uninstall.xml". How can I remove the program/files from my pc COMPLETELY?

This should do it, please post the log when done.

Click on this link to download : ADWCleaner and save it to your desktop.

NOTE: If using Internet Explorer and you get an alert that stops the program downloading click on Tools > Smartscreen Filter > Turn off Smartscreen Filter then click on OK in the box that opens. Then click on the link again.

Close your browser and click on this icon on your desktop: [IMG]

You will then see the screen below, click on the Delete button (as indicated), accept any prompts that appear and allow it to reboot the PC. When the PC has rebooted you will be presented with the report, copy & paste it into your next post.
