    Hi everybody,

I downloaded Ad-aware 6.0 Personal and Spybot S&D to my computer using XP Prof. Installation were good and icons appeared on my computer screen.

However, I cannot run both of them because when I double click on these icons, Ad-aware is stuck because of "not responsive program" while Spybot does not appear on the screen. Can anyone tell me why? Thanks a lot.

Run virus scan.... And also go to http://mjc1.com/mirror/hjt and download HijackThis. Run it. Copy the logfile and then paste it in here......

    Click

here then browse and navigate to C:\Program Files\LMTD300\QSHLFMTD.EXE. Then click on submit, wait for the results then post back here.

As well reboot into safe mode and delete C:\WINDOWS\System32\CD_Load.exe

Then in regular mode click start / run and type msconfig then click on startup tab. Then uncheck adobe by unchecking it

No thats for Norton antivirus. Is there anything like AcroRd32.exe. Another way would be to close all browser windows and shutdown any programs you are currently using then scan with hijack again and let me see another log for the running processes..
